NCE Summer Leadership Institute

For teams and organizations to be truly effective, everyone must be coordinated and everyone must trust each other. This session will examine a variety of concrete, practical actions that leaders can take to create better coordination and more trust and, as a result, be more effective. The session will be active, including a hands-on exercise as well as ample time for discussions and Q&A.
